Growing up, Charlene Lim didn’t make physical activity a priority due to a lack of confidence. However, that all changed in her early 20’s, she discovered yoga. She wanted to ease into building her strength, and saw this practice as the perfect way to do so. What started out as hobby quickly turned into a deep passion, and she felt her confidence, determination, and focus grow as a result. Now, her fear of trying new things has vanished and she spends her time cycling, swimming, and free climbing.
