There are some silver linings to cancer — for Laura Morton, who got reconstruction after having breast cancer surgery, her new boobs were that silver lining. “I no longer have my original factory parts, but I do have 25-year-old boobs in a 54-year-old body,” Laura laughs.
When it comes to breast cancer surgery, women have a choice to make. A lot of women opt for reconstructive surgery — the route Laura took. Though these days, many woman are also choosing to go flat; it all comes down to preference and what you and your doctor decide is safest for you.
