There are some potentially uncomfortable complications that can arise from treatment for colorectal cancer that may not be talked about very often. These can include chronic bowel incontinence. Rejuvenating rectal function can play a major role in helping someone get back to normal after undergoing cancer treatment, but it’s unfortunately a procedure that insurance may not cover.
